• Two 7" round cakes - 4cm (1 1/4") high
• 850g (1lb 14oz) Sweet buttercream (https://youtu.be/D64OhiUe4f4) tinted to a honey brown - 4 part Americolor Copper, 1 part Americolor Chocolate Brown
• 250g (9oz) Modelling chocolate (http://youtu.be/A8TMVFdVc28) - 225g (8oz) Ivory - Wilton Ivory 1 part - 20g (0.7oz) Brown - Americolor Chocolate Brown - Small amounts of Black (Americolor Super Black and Pink (equal parts Wilton Rose and Americolor Electric Pink)
• Large spatula
• Turntable (optional)
• Two 7" Round cake plate
• 12" square cake board
• Grass piping tip (mine is an Ateco 9234)
• Piping bag

• Metal/ Plastic scraper
• Small rolling pin
